Why voice reflection

You don’t need to have it figured out.

Start with whatever’s on your mind. Hoglet gives you room to talk it through, then leaves you with a clear reflection you can come back to.

Example reflection

While you talk

“After the gym I felt good. Then the client update and the changes Jess asked for both started feeling urgent. I think I just need to ask which one matters first.”

Afterwards

A good start gave way to pressure around two competing work tasks. Asking which one mattered first helped the day feel manageable again.

After you talk

Review what Hoglet captured.

The completed reflection keeps the Harbour rehearsal in context: a summary of the day, an inferred mood, themes discussed, and the source session behind them. Open a finding to see the supporting evidence instead of accepting an unexplained label.
